Nature
Reading Nature – Ecosystems and the Web of Life
This course invites children to explore nature as a living system full of relationships and patterns. Through observation, field activities, and creative exploration, students learn how ecosystems function and how living beings interact with their environment.
Nature becomes a text that children learn to "read" through curiosity and discovery.
Scope
The program explores ecological relationships including food chains, habitats, biodiversity, and environmental balance. Children observe natural environments, reflect on cycles in nature, and develop an understanding of interconnected systems that sustain life.
Learning Outcomes
Students develop ecological awareness and systems thinking. They gain a deeper appreciation of nature, learn to observe environmental patterns, and understand the importance of protecting natural systems.
